How Grandma's Works Great Food Delivery in 3 Steps:

Look through our menu and select what kinds of food you'd like delivered. We cater for large groups and ideally provide the same options to everyone at an event. We don't put people's names on sandwiches.
Grandma's delivers from 5AM-7PM Monday-Thursday, with a $175 minimum on orders. Deliveries after 5:00 PM on Friday are considered weekend orders and must meet the weekend minimum of $500. But we can always deliver 24/7 for larger deliveries.
Schedule Delivery
Choose a 15 minute window when you want food to be ready to eat. Remember, we may arrive quite a bit earlier than that depending on the complexity of the order!
If you're scheduling a same-day, weekend, or holiday order, please call us and see whether we have the staff to fill the order.
Grandma's Arrival
We may arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled catering window, or 1 minute before, depending on our estimated setup time.
We'll get in touch via the Point Of Contact you give us during checkout and ask for someone to let us in to prepare your food.
We do same day orders all the time but if you're placing a same-day order please call Grandma's first to verify that we have the staff to handle the order. You can reach us at 913-327-8663 if you're in Kansas, and 816-472-6362 if you're in Missouri. Thanks!
There is a $300 minimum on orders for nights (7:00 PM-5:00 AM). After hours (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM) a $50 gratuity is required. Weekends start at 5:00 PM Friday - 5:00 AM Monday. There is a $500 minimum with 20% gratuity added on for special events. We like to have weekend orders by Thursday at noon to secure staffing for your delivery. Weekend orders are staffed first come first served. We cannot guarantee availability because Grandma doesn't require her staff to work weekends. We only take orders that can be filled by staff that want to work.
We have a specific delivery area covering the entire metro for $10, but we have the ability to deliver outside that area for an extra charge. Call for details!
We'll need to have your State Tax Exempt letter on file for the state the order is delivered to. For example, if you're headquartered in Kansas but have an office in Missouri where the order will be delivered, we'll need a Missouri Tax Exemption letter. You can upload a copy of your letter at checkout.
Grandma's is different than other companies in that we do not go by delivery times. Instead, we quote a 15 minute window in which the setup will be completed by. Just tell us when you want to eat and we'll have it ready! When placing your order, please provide a direct contact phone number (preferrably a mobile number) so we can contact someone to let our crew in to setup.
Grandma's will cater your event and set-up. Keep in mind, we don't serve the food and we don't do tastings, alcohol, caviar, ice carvings, cake dances, etc... Afterall, it's Grandma. Please call the store to order and schedule your special event or holiday delivery.
Of course! Grandma's serves specific items for Gluten Sensitive, Vegetarian, Vegan and Dairy Free customers. Just give us a call and let us know your specific dietary needs prior to placing your order.

With 'round the clock delivery for larger orders. Weekend orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Thursday.
